1.Ordering

Ordering gift cards can be done via the website, emails, or telephone inquiries. The gift cards can be presented in different ways, either in a nice gift box or via an e-voucher. The experiences are offered either by OurStuff itself or carefully selected third-party providers.
A multi-use gift card is a gift card that can be used in countries with different tax and VAT rates. Please note that the contractor will switch from OurStuff to the selected providers at the time of booking and may be subject to different tax and VAT rates.

2.Best Price Guarantee

OurStuff wants to be the sender of the best quality and service on the market, and at the same time we would also like to provide a price guarantee if similarly identical items are found cheaper elsewhere within 4 weeks. Therefore, you can always get a refund without any hassle, and we will reciprocate with a small box of chocolates.

3.Payment

OurStuff accepts payment with various payment cards. Payment will only be taken from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner
OurStuff uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

4.Delivery

When ordering, you can choose your preferred delivery method. OurStuff may send the purchased gift card to you or directly to the person receiving it.
If you place your order before 16:00 on a weekday (Monday to Friday), OurStuff will send the purchased gift card the same day as the order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

5. Right of complaint

If you have had a bad experience with one of our third-party suppliers, OurStuff cannot be held responsible for this. Any damage is subject to the third-party provider’s limitations of liability.
In the event that you wish to file a complaint, please contact the third-party suppliers directly. However, if you have an unsatisfactory experience, please bring this to OurStuff’s attention so that we can assist you with any future complaints.
By law, you must contact us within a reasonable time after you have had a negative experience; It is recommended that you contact us immediately after using your gift card. Neither OurStuff nor the third-party provider can be held responsible for an amount that exceeds the gift card value.
We always recommend that something that does not live up to the customer’s expectations occurs during our own experiences, so contact OurStuff immediately so that we can try to solve the problem immediately.
Should one of our own experiences not live up to your expectations, you can of course contact us directly.

6. Validity of the gift card

The gift card is generally valid for 3 years. However, over time, minor changes may occur in availability and content.
However, we will always find a solution to redeem gift cards that are older than 3 years, and we always recommend contacting us. OurStuff’s interest is that all our customers have a good experience, and we do not speculate on gift cards that are not redeemed.

7. Lost or stolen gift card

As the recipient of the Gift Card, you are responsible for lost cards and any misuse or unauthorized use of the Gift Card.
OurStuff offers to replace a gift card if you can present a receipt for the purchase and the gift card number and the gift card has not been redeemed. You must contact OurStuff as soon as you discover that the gift card has been lost or stolen.

8.Refunds

If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

9.Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our Webshop. However, not the chocolate in the box. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the purchase.
The notification must be given by email on info@ourstuff.dk or by phone on 27209020. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the box when you send it back. The box must be returned in the same condition as when received, otherwise DKK 50,-
On the chocolate in the box, there is no right of withdrawal, and DKK 50 will always be deducted for the chocolate.

10.Disclaimer

Please note that participating in some of the experiences may be associated with a risk of injury or accident.
Participation in these experiences is at your own discretion and risk. OurStuff is not responsible for any damage or mishap that may occur in connection with or after participation in these experiences.
Including damage to your person or objects that may belong to you. Likewise, OurStuff is not responsible for any damages or personhood caused by you to third parties.
Should you cause cabinets on equipment, etc., you may be held liable for damages.
We recommend that you should always check your own insurance before participating in any experience that is either offered directly by OurStuff or through one of our third-party providers.

OurStuff only wants satisfied customers and should there be situations where we have not lived up to your expectations, you are very welcome to contact the company’s owner Henning Bruun on hb@ourstuff.dk or tel. 0045 27209020.
